Irresponsible Publishing!

I'm very disappointed within the publisher for not providing the scholar on-line content as promised. The book states "The Student website contains a wealth of resources accessible for student use, as well as the subsequent, tied into the text wherever the special icons displayed below are found within the text: additional examples, Demo, Assessment, Links." However, once you attend the scholar on-line Content website, all the chapter links come a "coming soon" message. this does not facilitate me, because the semester has already begun. Hopefully the publisher or author can scan this and fill the content website before the semester ends!
